"Happy with this gate. I use it to keep my dog from going downstairs. It is relatively easy to attach to stairs sturdy and secure and easy to open/close. Additionally my stairs are wide. Other gates I looked at did not extend as wide as this gate."
"This gate is great for an area where you can’t/don’t want to drill holes. It even comes with fabric straps and pads so it doesn’t scratch up the wood. My husband who is very against making any sort of mark/drilling holes/basically touching the wood said while he was putting it together whoever invented this is a GENIUS! Haha!The one con that I have is you have to slide it right to left to open it it doesn’t just swing open so it’s more of a two handed operation. But I can overlook that for the fact that we finally found a gate that works!"
"This baby/infant gate is of excellent quality. It was very easy to set up the best part no drilling needed to install. I had this set up in only a few minutes. It is durable and well made. It is also the perfect height and is easy for adults to get over without having to remove it. The color is also nice and blends in with my decor it's of neutral color. I highly recommend this. It is much better then other gates I have used."
"I seriously love this gate! My guy is into EVERYTHING no kind of blocks or barricades work. He is smart and figures out how to get past or shimmy through them. Now having the gate he cant get up the stairs! The gate is super sturdy. Even with him pulling and trying to climb it doesnt budge. The height is perfect its easy (as an adult) to get through and set up is very quick."
"The size of the box initially scared me and the instructions were a little confusing - but overall I love that this unique installation method allows you to set up a baby gate without drilling into banisters or attaching extra pieces of wood etc. However when installing with a wall on one or both sides you will need to use a drill to attach. The height of the gate is great and it seems very secure and easy to use for grown ups. Aesthetically I'd love if the gate was 1 uniform color instead of the mix between birch and gray plastic/metal but it's not too much of an eyesore!"
"I loved the color of this gate a birch color. The handle is easy to use. Installs rather easily. This gate is best with two banisters then you don't need screws. You have to screw it to the wall for a non banister option. While you can do it to a wall or door way it's not ideal for this baby gate. I feel this gate was super sturdy and it blended in with the house it didn't stick out like a metal one or a cheap wood one."
"This gate is ideal for bannister to bannister use. The connection points do not require permanent attachment so your Bannisters are left intact. The way it connects is very easy to manage and extremely sturdy. If you have a bannister on one side and wall on the other this is still a great option but you do have to screw the gate into the wall side. Not ideal but an easy repair later down the road. As far as the gate goes it opens and latches smoothly hasn't been figured out by my 2yo and is tall enough to prevent climbing over (for now anyway). I can opporate it with one hand also a plus!"
"Easy to take out of box and set up. Great neutral color so blends with my decor. Sturdy for babies safety. Like that it can be used with two banisters (which I do not have) or one banister and wall. Did not damage wall. Received this product free for my honest review."
"When the package arrived it was a little overwhelming but the install was extremely simple and user friendly. The gate offers very secure and safe space restriction to the stairway in our home while minimizing the damage to surfaces for bracing. I’d highly recommend this product."
"We’ve been using this product for a few weeks and we absolutely love it! I found the instructions a little difficult to follow(probably because I was also chasing a toddler around) but once I got it installed it has been fabulous. I love the washed out grey color. It perfectly contains our feisty super climber without sacrificing style. It’s super easy to size and tighten. I love the fact that it comes with foam bumpers to keep it from rubbing against the wooden banister and not having to drill anything is a huge plus! The swinging door is great especially for a heavily trafficked area. It opens and latches smoothly. It doesn’t seem to have moved or need any adjusting with daily use."
