"I am trying to put together the swing, and they left a red plastic piece on the swing arm assembly, and it is impossible to get off. A black plastic piece is also stuck on the control module assembly. We need a refund or a new swing."

"My daughter loved this swing, as did I. But sadly, it quit working after only about 4 months. It turns on but only for about 10 seconds then shuts off"

"I received this as a gift and the seat part came broken and I didnt have the receipt to return or exchange and after talking to customer service on here they helped me out and sent me a whole new one! They were so helpful and kinds i had a very good experience talking to them. I will be buying more of this brand!!"

"My daugther is 4 months old and she love this swing since she was a newborn. Only downfall is I’m trying to look for a seat cover replacement my dog chewed up the buckle part and now I can’t use the swing anymore it’s not safe for my daugther. It would be a waste if I throw it away. 🥲"

Right now she is on the second speed and she loves it. We doing really care for the music or the vibration. The good part is you don’t have to use either if you don’t want to."
