We have received your sleeper registration. Please stop using your KidsII Rocking Sleeper immediately and carefully follow the virtual return instructions to submit photo(s) of your product(s).

Virtual Return disabling instructions:

1. Please cut the fabric seat pad completely away from the sleeper frame, and cut the sleeper fabric into two separate pieces.

2. Write with a permanent marker on the actual fabric: Virtual Return with today’s date.

3. Take photo(s) of the disabled product(s) including your full name, the smallest tag with model number and date code, and email consumerservices@kidsii.com

Once the picture(s) are approved you will receive a reimbursement email within 10 business days.
