"Just received this as a gift from my baby shower and was so excited about the small footprint and portability of it. After unboxing it we noticed that it came with two right side arms for the swinging motion. Part number 7 in the manual. I am planning to contact the company in hopes that I can get shipped the replacement."

"Our new baby loves this swing and mama loves the neutral boutique look. The swing's features are wonderful; the sounds and speeds are super useful the fact that it folds up flat is so handy the washable covers are easy to remove for washing and the colors are timeless. We love this swing!"
"This is a great little swing! The instructions are very easy to follow it took no more then 20 minutes to assemble. It is so easy to fold and go with this swing. It fits into the car easily for a quick visit to grandmas. Little one loves the songs & toy bar. The seat is so plush and is machine washable (AIR DRY It looks good as new)! Only downside to this swing is no AC adapter runs only on batteries. I don't mind purchasing batteries this swing makes our lives easier!!"
"What I liked the most about this swing is it's simplicity . It is cozy I love the little pillow with the ears. The seat can be adjusted ( 2 levels). The panel control at the bottom is really easy to manipulate no need to read instructions. This swing propose 5 swing speeds and also have some sounds. I found the wood pendant toy really cool because it's going well with the other colors. I didn't like the number and kind of batteries required (4D/LR20 batteries). I definitely recommend this product"
"Just received this swing for our upcoming new arrival. It was really easy and simple to put together. It folds up easy and will be easy to store in a small closet when not in use. With it folding up so flat travel with it will also be easy. The fabric on the seat is soft and feels very durable. I see us using this swing a bunch the first few months. will have to ad more to the review once baby is here."
"My little one loves this swing - especially during the evening witching hour when life seems to get fussier. The cushioning is super soft and the hanging animals are adorable. I like the neutral colors and the way it seems to fit into any room. It was easy to set up easy to move around and easy to use. I wish that it were a little higher off the ground just because it would be a smidge easier to get baby in and out - but overall we are really happy with it!"
"When I received this swing I was so excited to put it together and use. The color is great!! I love that it is gender neutral as I can save this for my next baby when we add to our family and I don't have to worry about the gender. The swing is quiet and I love that it shuts off automatically. Now when my little man gets fussy I put him in and he is happy within minutes. He loves this swing. . . and I would recommend it to all new moms!!!"
"This swing is so pretty and plush! I love that it is smaller. The swing I had with my son was so big and took up so much space in our living room. The swing can be plugged in which is great. I also like that the swing will shut off on its own. The mobile does hang kind of low but I am hoping that is not an issue. I love that the colors are gender neutral as we are waiting for baby #2 to arrive any day!"
"I received this swing today and immediately put it together. Assembly took my about 20 minutes but I think that is because I made a few mistakes. Make sure to pay attention to the drawings in the instructions to see which side the holes/pegs should be on. Once you snap pieces together they are a little hard to get apart. The gray and white design is super cute and will work for now for my newborn nephew and in a few months for my little girl! The swinging motion is totally silent and the music is can play isn't obnoxious like some musical swings I've heard. There are multiple speeds of swinging depending on what speed you baby prefers. Overall I really like it!"
