Kids II and Wonderland Nurserygoods Issue Joint Statement
ATLANTA, (August 12, 2019) – Wonderland Nurserygoods Co., Ltd. and Kids II, Inc. have agreed to settle all outstanding legal proceedings between the parties.
Wonderland and KidsII believe it is in their individual best interests to resolve these proceedings.
Kids II acknowledges the validity of the patents at issue in the proceedings, with neither party admitting any liability in the proceedings.
The terms of the agreement are confidential to the parties.
