There are adhesive wall cups so it doesnt damage your door frame when you install it. This was very easy to set up and stays in place I have no issues with it moving or falling down. "I really like this gate. It attaches securely and is easy enough to open with full hands but difficult enough the toddler cannot open it. One of our other gates the toddler likes to stand and shake to express his displeasure at being kept from the stairs unlike that one this gate stays tight and secure."
