Standard Shipping

 

Kids2.com offers Standard Shipping* and handling on orders shipped to the Contiguous USA, including PO Boxes. Standard Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or U.S. territories may not be available for some larger items. During checkout, you'll be prompted to select an available shipping method for your order. Shipping and handling charges, plus an estimated delivery date, will be listed for all available shipping methods.

Express Shipping

For your convenience, we offer Express Shipping** on many in-stock items for an additional charge. Express Shipping is not available to PO Boxes, U.S. territories, military addresses (APO/FPO), or for some larger items. During checkout, you'll be prompted to select an available shipping method for your order. Shipping and handling charges, plus an estimated delivery date, will be listed for all available shipping methods.

Delivery estimates exclude weekends, holidays and are pending credit card approval. Kids2 reserves the right to hold any order for suspected fraud and/or billing and shipping validation. Affected customers will be notified by the Kids2 Care Team.

Please note that on occasion, such as during holiday rush and large sales events, there may be a slight delay in processing time. Your business is important to us, and we make every effort to process your order as quickly as we can.

Please carefully review your shipping information before placing your order.

Please note: some larger items ship in their original packaging, so there is no way to hide what it is.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to military addresses (APO/FPO) at this time.

Multiple Shipping Addresses / Multiple Packages

We currently do not offer the capability to ship to multiple shipping addresses within a single order. To ship to more than one address, please create separate orders.

Inspect for Damage Please

We ask that you always inspect your package for damage before signing for the delivery. If the package is damaged but the merchandise looks unaffected, note the damage on all delivery receipts before signing.
